Bill is the Co-Founder and COO of Signal Cortex. He has over 20 years of technology management, cybersecurity, operations, and consulting experience.  Bill has spent most of his career delivering innovative solutions, defining corporate strategy, and leading world class support teams. His diverse background includes experience in aviation, healthcare, higher education, government, and private companies.  The organizations he worked with are some of the largest and best known in their industries including the Cleveland Clinic and JPMorgan Chase Bank.  Most recently, he was the Interim CIO at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. He has spoken at multiple national conferences on topics ranging from innovation to service management. Bill holds an MBA with concentrations in Health Systems Management and Organizational Development & Leadership and BS in Management from Case Western Reserve University. He is also a Cybersecurity faculty member at Cuyahoga Community College where he has taught for the last 19 years.
